Cycle Power – Boutique cycle shop in Worcester Park

Challenge
Cycle Power are an established family-run cycle shop, relying on passing trade and repeat customers for their day to day sales. With the changes to our daily routines following the pandemic, like many others, the Cycle Power owners wanted to increase their web presence with a more enhanced website.

With a high surge in customers wanting bikes, the need for an online store was stronger than ever so we had to work quickly to get a site ready to gain as much visitor traffic as possible.

Solution
We knew that the range of products was going to be a fairly mammoth task to complete and upload quickly, so we worked on a phased-launch of product information, with the core sellers being uploaded to the site first. This allowed the basic selling environment to be available as quickly and cost-effectively as possib.e

We used WordPress as for the framework of the site which allows the site owners to add and edit their products quickly and without the need of relying on us to carry out changes for them. Not only does this speed up their selling process but it helps to keep ongoing costs down too.

The result
The newly launched site saw an immediate uplift in not just direct sales but also interest in their after-care and maintenance service which was a double bonus.
